Are your staff vaccinated?

100% of our staff must comply with the state government vaccine requirements in their state. This means that our staff in Sydney & Victoria must have had both vaccinations to return to work. Staff in Regional NSW must provide proof of 1st dose and evidence of appointment for 2nd dose before 1 November.

The vaccine passport system isn’t ready in Sydney, how do I prove that I have been vaccinated or have an authorised exemption?

For the first two weeks of opening, the Vaccine Passport system won’t be ready. Customers have to show one of the following documents:

  • Copy of AIR Immunisation Statement or
  • Form from NSW Health that GPs fill out or
  • Certificate from NSW Health that is provided to someone who has had COVID in previous period

If I am vaccinated do I still have to check in with the QR Code upon entry?

Yes. All people entering the venue are still required to check in with the QR code.

How will you know if someone has a legitimate exemption from vaccination?

The government will determine who has an authorised exemption from vaccination. We do not determine who has an authorised exemptions, it is our understanding that those with an exemption will be provided a vaccine passport by the government.

Do staff & customers have to provide a recent negative covid test to enter the venue?

No. There are currently no requirements in any states to provide a negative COVID-19 test to enter the venue.

Do state mandated vaccination policies apply to customers who are drinking & dining outdoors?

Yes. The state government mandates for vaccination at hospitality venues includes customers who are attending any part of our premises, including rooftops, balconies, beer gardens, patios and footpath dining areas.

Do state mandated vaccination policies apply to customers who are attending private events at your venues?

Yes. The state government mandates for vaccination at hospitality venues includes customers who are attending our premises for any reason, including private events in private function rooms. This also applies to full venue hire events.

Will you still close your venue for deep cleaning if there has been a confirmed COVID case at the venue?

We are strictly adhering to all policies and procedures for responding to a confirmed covid case after re-opening, as directed by the state government. We are waiting for further advice from health authorities on how to update these policies after re-opening in NSW & Victoria.

Vaccinations aren’t mandated by the government in the state that I live in. I am booking a private event at your venue, can I request only fully vaccinated staff to work at my event?

Please let us know if you would like only vaccinated staff to work at your private function. We will confirm whether this will be possible for your function. Please note that all of our staff in NSW & Victoria are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
