North Queenslanders are known for their friendly hospitality and laidback attitude. The Hotel Allen is a true North Queenslander, welcoming locals and tourists alike through its doors since 1946. Townsville has grown into a large provincial city and the areas around the Hotel Allen have transformed too, but everyone still recognises the hotel for the friendly service it has always provided.
