Our Pride Initiative is driven by our newly-formed Pride Committee, who are working together to deliver education, celebration, respect and community for our LGBTQIA+ community.

Recent initiatives include Gender & Sexuality Inclusion Training hosted by our friends at Minus18, celebrating Wear It Purple Day & our annual Big Gay Day celebration at The Wickham.
With events and workshops, an open and honest forum, and connection with an inspiring network of ambitious women, Her Hospo strengthens the voice and champions the development of our emerging leaders.

Our Reconciliation Initiative is driven by our newly-formed First Nations Committee, who are working together to deliver initiatives based on respect, education, celebration & reconciliation.
Safe Spaces is part of our diversity program and is designed to ensure that AVC venues and office environments are inclusive spaces where our customers and staff feel welcome and safe.
