Gift Voucher FAQ

You can purchase an Australian Venue Co. gift voucher on this website, visit our Gift Voucher page here.

If you are a member of our Loyalty App, The Pass, you can also purchase a gift voucher within The Pass app. Head to the More tab and click on ‘Send a Gift’.

You can redeem our gift vouchers, in person at all Australian Venue Co venues across Australia!

If you are a member of our loyalty app, The Pass, you can also redeem your voucher in the app to convert to credit. Please note, once a voucher is converted to credit, the expiry is 12 months. Redeem in The Pass by entering your voucher code into the Promo Code field within the app.

Our gift vouchers are valid to redeem on our amazing food & drinks at all Australian Venue Co venues.

Please note, Australian Venue Co. gift vouchers are not valid for accommodation or function deposits.

• AVC Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase
• AVC Gift Vouchers can be used to redeem food & beverage
• AVC Gift Vouchers are not valid for function deposits or accommodation
• Please note, vouchers of $200 value or more, will require customers to provide a valid driver’s licence or photo ID at the point of redemption
• This voucher is not redeemable for cash, voucher may not be returned and will not be replaced if lost or stolen
• AVC Gift Vouchers can be converted to The Pass credit by entering the voucher number in the ‘Promo code’ section of the app. Vouchers converted to credit will have a 12-month expiry from the date it is converted
