We are committed to operating and re-opening safely and sustainably in adherence with the health authority and government requirements.

Please find the guidelines for visiting hospitality venues in each state below. All of our venues have a COVID-19 Safety Plan. If your visit to one of our venues is impacted by a change in government guidelines, our team will be in touch to make the necessary changes to your booking.

We are awaiting further instruction from health authorities on determining the vaccination status of our patrons. We will update this page as further information becomes available.

COVID FAQs Our Measures

Venues in New South Wales

Per state government requirements:

  • Customers in NSW must be fully vaccinated to enter venues. Evidence of your vaccination status, will need to be provided upon entry to our venues. Until the vaccine passport is rolled out by the NSW government, this evidence of vaccination or authorised exemption can be provided as:
      • Copy of AIR Immunisation Statement or
      • Form from NSW Health that GPs fill out or
      • Certificate from NSW Health that is provided to someone who has had COVID in previous period
  • Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 will only be able to visit indoor venues with adult members of their household who are vaccinated.
  • People with a medical exemption from vaccination will be provided a vaccine passport by the state government.
  • 100% of workers in venues must comply with the vaccination requirements in their region.
Venues in Victoria

Per state government requirements:

  • You will have to be fully vaccinated to both enter and work in venues. Evidence of your vaccination status, such as a vaccine passport, will need to be provided upon entry to our venues.
  • People with a medical exemption from vaccination are exempt from this rule. They will be provided a vaccine passport by the state government.

Venues in Queensland

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in Queensland to be vaccinated.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in South Australia

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in South Australia to be vaccinated.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in Western Australia

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in Western Australia to be vaccinated.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in Northern Territory

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in Northern Territory to be vaccinated.
