We are committed to operating and re-opening safely and sustainably in adherence with the health authority and government requirements.

Please find the guidelines for visiting hospitality venues in each state below. All of our venues have a COVID-19 Safety Plan. If your visit to one of our venues is impacted by a change in government guidelines, our team will be in touch to make the necessary changes to your booking.

We are awaiting further instruction from health authorities on determining the vaccination status of our patrons. We will update this page as further information becomes available.

COVID FAQs Our Measures

Venues in Queensland

Per state government requirements:

  • From April 14 2022, proof of full vaccination will no longer be required in Queensland venues.
  • As outlined by the requirements, this applies to both hospitality and accommodation.
Venues in New South Wales

Per state government requirements:

  • There are currently no government requirements for customers at venues in New South Wales to be vaccinated.
Venues in Victoria

Per state government requirements:

  • From 22 April 2022, proof of full vaccination will no longer be required in Victorian venues.
  • As outlined by the requirements, this applies to both hospitality and accommodation.
Venues in South Australia
  • There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in South Australia to be vaccinated.
Venues in Western Australia

Per state government requirements:

  • Proof of full vaccination must be presented upon entry in Western Australian venues.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in Northern Territory

Per state government requirements:

  • From 6 April 2022, proof of full vaccination will no longer be required in Northern Territory venues.
