We are committed to operating and re-opening safely and sustainably in adherence with the health authority and government requirements.

Please find the guidelines for visiting hospitality venues in each state below. All of our venues have a COVID-19 Safety Plan. If your visit to one of our venues is impacted by a change in government guidelines, our team will be in touch to make the necessary changes to your booking.

We are awaiting further instruction from health authorities on determining the vaccination status of our patrons. We will update this page as further information becomes available.

COVID FAQs Our Measures

Venues in New South Wales

Per state government requirements:

  • Customers in NSW must be fully vaccinated to enter venues. Evidence of your vaccination status, will need to be provided upon entry to our venues.
  • Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 will only be able to visit indoor venues with adult members of their household who are vaccinated.
  • People with a medical exemption from vaccination will be provided a vaccine passport by the state government.
  • 100% of workers in venues must comply with the vaccination requirements in their region.
  • Following government guidelines, unvaccinated patrons will be granted entry to venues from December 15, or once NSW reaches 95 per cent of the adult population over 16 fully vaccinated.
Venues in Victoria

Per state government requirements:

  • You will have to be fully vaccinated to both enter and work in venues. Evidence of your vaccination status, such as a vaccine passport, will need to be provided upon entry to our venues.
  • People with a medical exemption from vaccination are exempt from this rule. They will be provided a vaccine passport by the state government.

Accommodation in Victoria

Per state government requirements:

  • Only fully vaccinated patrons will be granted access to accommodation facilities at The Middle Park Hotel and College Lawn Hotel as you must enter via the hospitality venue where proof of vaccination/medical certificate is required per government requirements.  
Venues in Queensland

Per state government requirements:

  • You will have to be fully vaccinated to both enter and work in venues from December 17. Evidence of your vaccination status, such as a vaccine passport, will need to be provided upon entry to our venues.
  • People with a medical exemption from vaccination are exempt from this rule. They will be provided a vaccine passport by the state government.
Accommodation in Queensland

Per state government requirements:

  • You will be allowed to stay in accommodation facilities without presenting a vaccination certificate or proof of medical exemption, however, you will not be able to enter the hotel/pub as proof of vaccination/medical certificate is required in hospitality venues. 
  • Exceptions to this are The Ant Hill, Taylor’s Hotel, The Commercial Hotel, Hotel Allen and Leichhardt Hotel. Once vaccination mandates come into effect in Queensland, only fully vaccinated patrons will be granted access to accommodation at these venues as you must enter via the hospitality venue. 
Venues in South Australia

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in South Australia to be vaccinated.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in Western Australia

There are currently no government requirements for customers and staff at venues in Western Australia to be vaccinated.

We expect that this rule may change in the future. If this changes, it will apply to all bookings from the date it comes into effect, even if the booking was made before this rule was in place.

Venues in Northern Territory

Per state government requirements:

  • All hospitality staff in NT must have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by 24 December 2021
