By entering your booking details into our Website Forms you have provided Australian Venue Co. Limited (AVC, we, us or our) with your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy contains general information about how we will handle and hold your personal information, and how you can contact us to seek to access or correct your personal information or make a complaint. Why is Australian Venue Co. collecting your personal information?

date of birth;
any additional information about you that you provide to us on your form submission, so that we can record & process your enquiry.

We may also use it to get in touch with you about other goods or services we think you might be interested in if you choose to receive such information.

If you choose not to provide your personal information, it may impact how we can identify and verify your booking/reservation, or contact you about any changes or enquiries you have at our venues.

In order to fulfill the purposes described above, we may need to share your personal information with certain third parties, such as our contractors and service providers who help us operate our business, on a need-to-know basis only (and subject to confidentiality requirements).  We don’t expect that we will disclose your personal information to any people or organisations who are located overseas.

How do you make a complaint?

If you think we have breached the Privacy Act, or you wish to make a complaint about the way we have handled your personal information, you can contact us by emailing our Privacy Officer below. Please include your name, email address and/or telephone number and clearly describe your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. If you think that we have failed to resolve the complaint satisfactorily, we will provide you with information about the further steps you can take.
