By entering your booking details into The Pass App you have provided Australian Venue Co. Limited (AVC, we, us or our) with your personal information.
Our Privacy Policy contains general information about how we will handle and hold your personal information, and how you can contact us to seek to access or correct your personal information or make a complaint. In addition to our Privacy Policy, this notice provides the following further information about our collection and handling of your personal information:
We collect the personal information you provide via The Pass App (such as your name, email address and order details), so that we can process your orders for food and drinks, and enable you to earn points, redeem rewards, and access member-exclusive promotions at our venues.
We may also use it to get in touch with you about offers and goods or services we think you might be interested in.
If you choose not to provide your personal information, it may impact our ability to verify your account or provide you with loyalty offers relating to The Pass App.
In order to fulfil the purposes described above, we may need to share your personal information with certain third parties, such as our contractors and service providers who help us operate our business, on a need to know basis only (and subject to confidentiality requirements). We don’t expect that we will disclose your personal information to any people or organisations who are located overseas.
You can request for your personal information and data to be deleted, by emailing our Privacy Officer as detailed below.
If you are a member of The Pass App, you can also close your account within the app, which automatically deletes all personal information, relating to your The Pass App account. To do this, navigate to settings within The Pass App and select Account Management.
If you think we have breached the Privacy Act, or you wish to make a complaint about the way we have handled your personal information, you can contact us by emailing our Privacy Officer below. Please include your name, email address and/or telephone number and clearly describe your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. If you think that we have failed to resolve the complaint satisfactorily, we will provide you with information about the further steps you can take.
