NAIDOC Week

What did we do in 2022?

This year for NAIDOC Week we donated $1 from every sale of Salt & Pepper Calamari across our venues in Australia to the National Indigenous Culinary Institute.

NICI is a not-for-profit committed to finding the next generation of culinary leaders. They offer elite training & experiences for aspiring indigenous chefs who will be trained and mentored by leading chefs at host restaurants across the country!

With the help of our customers, this year we were able to donate $3,103! We’re proud to be supporting NICI and the work they are doing within our industry.

Check out this awesome picture of NICI’s CEO Nathan Lovett with our Executive Chef Telina Menzies in Melbourne at The Duke of Wellington!
