So whether you like your cocktails shaken or stirred (we certainly aren’t fussy), keep reading to discover Sydney’s best cocktails.

With summer just around the corner, there’s nothing better than enjoying a refreshing cocktail and we’ve got you covered with the best cocktails in Sydney. From the tropical Flamin’ Galah at Untied to the mojito selection at Bungalow 8’s Cuban pop-up, our list contains the timeless classics to must have twists.

Adam & Steve

For all the gin lovers out there, The Winery’s Signature cocktail, Adam & Steve, is a must. A mix of elderflower, lime and apple juice and of course gin, this pretty cocktail packs a punch! Gather your girl gang and sample this signature sip.

Flamin' Galah

Fancy something fun and fruity? Head to Untied for a tropical cocktail or two. Our favourite concoction is their house cocktail the Flamin’ Galah with Bulldog Gin, blood orange, coconut, fresh watermelon and lime juice.

Giggly Rose

The perfect cocktail to start your weekend on the right note. Manly Wine’s infamous Giggly Rose looks as good as it tastes. Mixing Bulldog London Dry, rose, lemon, mint, sparkling wine and garnished with a red rose, this cocktail is always ready for a close up.

Peach Club

Introducing the Peach Club –Archie Rose signature gin, Quintinyne extra dry vermouth, Rinquinquin a la Peche, roasted peach cordial and lemon, all topped off with fresh raspberry & absinthe foam. Relax in The Rook’s hidden rooftop oasis throughout summer and sample this incredible creation from their collaboration with Archie Rose Gin.

All The Spritz

The Spritz menu at Cargo has arrived just in time for summer as part of their Nautica Pop Up! Each cocktail features Belevedere vodka with your flavour of choice, including peach, cherry, citrus, Aperol and cucumber. A refreshing cocktail by the harbour sounds like the perfect afternoon to us.

Mojitos

Be inspired for your next tropical holiday with this cocktail classic, the mojito. Be transported to the sandy shores of Cuba at Bungalow 8’s Little Havana. Book yourself a pop-up cabana and enjoy the Barcardi Mojitos on tap with your choice of syrups. If you’re heading there on Saturday night the Daiquiris aren’t bad either!

Miss Myrtle

A dedicated cocktail lounge and bar, this cocktail list wouldn’t be complete without a featured cocktail from team at The Loft. Head on up to the second level of Bungalow 8 and sample their newly released botanical cocktail menu. Our go-to is the Miss Myrtle featuring Citroen vodka, apple, lemon myrtle and raspberry sorbet.
