Executive Chef Jason Roberson has packed Henley’s menu with eclectic bar snacks like baked button mushrooms, baby philly cheesesteak, popcorn chicken and grilled corn ribs; decadent burgers like ‘The Double’ – two grilled beef patties, double cheese, double bacon, lettuce, tomato, BBQ sauce, mayo; stone cooked pizzas featuring a range of toppings including spicy meatballs, truffle creme fraiche, pulled pork and maple bacon and a posh chicken parmigiana; and flavoursome healthful salad bowls including Tijuana spicy street prawn, togarsashi pumpkin and roasted beetroot.

It’s a go-to destination with the perfect outlook for city revellers, taking in the spectacular water views of Darling Harbour. And with colourful interiors to match you’ll be stuck for the choice of where to sit.

Local Sydney artist, Blends has created a large-scale mural throughout Henley’s multiple levels including aerial drawings of the Sydney Opera House and organic lines to reflect the water surroundings in deep purples, rich aquas and golden hues.
